Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the PhonePe domestic process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through voice support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls related to PhonePe services
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively
Provide accurate information regarding transactions, wallet issues, payments, and account-related concerns
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduation mandatory
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Skillset:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused approach
