Job Description
We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible candidate to join our team as a Customer Support & Operations Executive, who will also work closely as an Assistant to the General Manager (GM).
Key Responsibilities:
Customer KYC verification and documentation
Handling customer queries and providing timely resolutions
Customer support through phone, email, and WhatsApp
Bank reconciliation and payment verification
Maintaining customer records and reports
Preparing MIS and operational reports
Assisting the GM in daily operational activities
Coordinating with different departments for smooth workflow
Follow-up on pending tasks and customer issues
Data management and documentation
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
Basic understanding of banking and reconciliation processes
Good communication and customer handling skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Qualification:
Graduate in any disciplineÂ
1–4 years of relevant experience preferred
Freshers with good communication and Excel skills may also applyÂ
