Job Opening: Debt Recovery Agent

 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹40,000/month
Fixed: ₹13,000 – ₹35,000
Incentives: Up to ₹5,000
 Languages: Hindi, Punjabi

Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Key Responsibilities
Make collection calls and remind customers about pending payments
Use skip tracing to locate hard-to-reach customers
Negotiate payment plans professionally
Maintain accurate records in Excel
Resolve customer queries and follow compliance guidelines
Achieve monthly recovery targets
