looking for a dedicated Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations by supporting desktops, laptops, and essential IT equipment. We are also hiring for the same role in our Talent Acquisition department to strengthen technical support for new and existing team members.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically skilled L1 Desktop Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience. You will provide on-site support for end-users, handle basic troubleshooting, maintain hardware/software systems, and ensure seamless day-to-day IT functionality across the organization.
Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and standard software applications.
Support and maintain Microsoft Office/third-party apps, email configuration, and user settings.
Assist with user account creation, password resets, and domain joining in Active Directory.
Conduct daily checks on IT infrastructure to ensure proper operation.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements.
Manage new user onboarding including system setup and initial IT orientation.
Troubleshoot basic LAN/Wi-Fi issues such as IP conflicts and cable faults.
Provide basic support for audio/video conferencing setups.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers.
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams promptly.
Graduation or a 3-year diploma in Computer Hardware or a related technical field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in desktop support.
Willingness to work in shifts or support extended hours when needed.
