Digital Marketing Manager
Organization: Samiksha Institute
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing activities to strengthen the online presence of Samiksha Institute, generate quality student leads, increase course enrollments, and build a strong educational brand. The role requires expertise in digital advertising, social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, analytics, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
– Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual digital marketing strategies.
– Create marketing campaigns for MPPSC, UPSC, UGC NET, Assistant Professor, MPSI, Mahila Supervisor, and other competitive examination courses.
– Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to maximize student admissions.
– Analyze competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
2. Lead Generation & Student Acquisition
– Generate high-quality student leads through digital channels.
– Improve lead conversion rates using data-driven strategies.
– Coordinate with the admissions and counseling teams to ensure effective follow-up.
– Optimize the complete student acquisition funnel.
3. Performance Marketing
– Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, and other paid advertising campaigns.
– Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
– Monitor Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Conversion Rate.
– Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
4. Social Media Management
– Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp Channels, and X (Twitter).
– Develop monthly content calendars.
– Publish engaging posts, reels, shorts, stories, and educational content.
– Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
– Respond to comments and student inquiries professionally.
5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
– Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
– Optimize website pages for search engines.
– Improve website rankings on Google.
– Implement both On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies.
– Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
6. Content Marketing
– Plan and oversee blogs, landing pages, course descriptions, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional content.
– Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and student-focused.
– Coordinate with content writers and subject experts.
– Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT for content ideation and productivity.
7. Video Marketing
– Develop YouTube growth strategies.
– Optimize video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and tags.
– Increase watch time, subscribers, and video engagement.
– Plan educational shorts and promotional videos.
8. Website Management
– Maintain and regularly update the institute’s website.
– Create and optimize landing pages for courses and test series.
– Improve website speed, user experience (UX), and conversion rates.
– Coordinate with developers for technical improvements.
9. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
– Design automated email campaigns.
– Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns for student engagement.
– Manage promotional broadcasts and follow-up sequences.
– Improve email open rates and conversion performance.
10. Analytics & Reporting
– Track digital marketing KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and CRM tools.
– Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
– Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
– Present insights to the management team.
11. Brand Management
– Strengthen the digital brand identity of Samiksha Institute.
– Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
– Promote student success stories, testimonials, and institute achievements.
– Manage online reputation and reviews.
12. Team Leadership
– Lead and coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Writers, SEO Executives, and Social Media Executives.
– Assign responsibilities and monitor project timelines.
– Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
– Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
– 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing (EdTech experience preferred).
– Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing certifications are an added advantage.
Reporting Structure
The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director/Management and will work closely with the Admissions, Academic, Content, and Creative teams to achieve the institute’s marketing and business objectives.
