* Develop and execute comprehensive *digital marketing strategies* for BE RARE across online channels. * Drive *brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement and online sales* for the beauty and skincare portfolio. * Plan, execute and optimise *Performance Marketing campaigns* across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms. * Manage and optimise key digital marketing metrics including *ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate and AOV*. * Develop digital strategies for *new skincare and beauty product launches*. * Manage *Social Media Marketing* across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms. * Plan and execute *Influencer, Creator and Affiliate Marketing* campaigns within the beauty/skincare segment. * Develop engaging digital content strategies aligned with *beauty, skincare and consumer trends*. * Drive *D2C website traffic, conversions, remarketing and customer retention*. * Coordinate with e-commerce teams to improve *online product visibility, listings, content, promotions and sales*. * Conduct competitor analysis and monitor *beauty/skincare market trends, consumer behaviour, reviews and digital campaigns*. * Work closely with Creative, Product, R&D, Sales and E-commerce teams for effective campaign execution. * Track digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilisation of marketing spends. * Analyse campaign performance and prepare *Digital Marketing MIS, dashboards and performance reports*. * Identify new digital platforms, marketing opportunities and innovative strategies to strengthen the BE RARE brand. * Lead and manage the *Digital Marketing team, agencies, influencers and external partners*.
