Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly analytical and result-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can generate high-quality B2B leads, optimize digital campaigns, reduce customer acquisition costs, and contribute directly to subscription revenue growth.
This role is revenue-focused, not just marketing-focused.
Your success will be measured by qualified leads, booked demos, customer acquisition, CAC, and ARR generated.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign ManagementPlan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
Create LinkedIn Ads for B2B audiences.
Execute YouTube Ads campaigns.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance.
Lead GenerationGenerate qualified B2B SaaS leads.
Build and optimize landing pages.
Improve conversion rates.
Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Analytics & TrackingConfigure Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Set up Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Manage Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
Track campaign attribution using UTM parameters.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Funnel OptimizationManage and improve the complete funnel:
Ads → Landing Page → Lead Form → CRM → Demo Booking → Sales → Subscription

Generate 150–250 Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Achieve Cost Per Lead (CPL) within the approved budget.
Deliver 50–80 qualified demo bookings.
Maintain Landing Page Conversion Rate above 10%.
Improve CTR and Quality Score across campaigns.
Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) month over month.
Achieve agreed Marketing Qualified Pipeline Value.
