We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Media Associate to join our team at A&G Realtors and Solicitors, located in Wave Silver Tower, Sector-18, Noida. As a Digital Media Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies tailored to the real estate industry to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various digital channels, including social media platforms, email newsletters, and the company website.
3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of digital marketing campaigns to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
4. Manage the company’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and responding to inquiries.
5. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute digital campaigns effectively and within budget.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly within the real estate sector.
7. Support the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and targeting.
8. Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance analysis.
9. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our digital marketing efforts.
10. Provide regular reports on digital marketing activities and performance to stakeholders within the company.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
10. Experience with graphic design or video editing software is a plus.
