Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize data-driven digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving qualified traffic, and improving conversions across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising

• Develop and maintain a strong social media presence across relevant platforms

• Optimize landing pages, user funnels, and conversion paths to improve performance

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads / paid advertising campaigns

• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign effectiveness

• Identify target audiences and create engaging, informative, and conversion-focused campaigns

• Monitor, measure, and report campaign performance against KPIs and ROI

• Brainstorm and implement innovative growth and acquisition strategies

• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to enhance user experience

• Work with marketing tools, agencies, and vendor partners to execute campaign plans

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role

• Strong hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising

• Experience managing marketing databases and CRM tools

• Solid understanding of conversion optimization, analytics, and user behavior

• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and performance tracking tools

• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively
