hiring a DotNet Developer to strengthen our engineering team. We are also looking for an HR Executive to join our Talent Acquisition department.

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and motivated DotNet Developers who can take complete ownership of engineering deliverables and contribute to building scalable, high-performance applications. This role offers an opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust applications using .NET technologies

• Take ownership of assigned modules and ensure on-time delivery across sprints

• Participate in requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing, peer reviews, and documentation

• Work extensively with legacy codebases and enhance system performance and reliability

• Ensure high quality of deliverables through unit testing and peer code reviews

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

• Provide regular and accurate project status updates

• Contribute to continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge sharing, and technical discussions

• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core (3.1 or higher) and .NET Framework (4.7 or higher)

• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming (threads, tasks, async/await)

• Hands-on experience in desktop application development using C#, .NET, and WinUI 3

• Strong expertise in UI technologies: WPF, XAML, Win App SDK, and MVVM architecture

• Experience with Inter-Process Communication (IPC) mechanisms on Windows OS

• Proficiency in writing unit tests using MSTest, NUnit, and mocking frameworks

• Very good understanding of Windows Operating System internals

• Experience working with and modernizing legacy systems

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on code quality and performance

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
