Job description: Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (website, marketplaces like Amazon, etc.) Upload, update, and manage product listings (descriptions, images, pricing) Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team Process orders, returns, and customer queries efficiently Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns Analyze sales trends and prepare performance reports Required Skills: Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms ( Amazon Seller Central, etc.) Understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media) Good communication and customer handling skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets Bachelor’s degree in Business. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce (freshers with strong skills can apply)
