Job Description

E-commerce Executive – Job DescriptionWe are looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho. The candidate should have good knowledge of product listing, order management, catalog handling, and online sales coordination.
Responsibilities:Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho
Create and optimize product listings with proper titles, descriptions & keywords
Handle inventory updates and stock management
Process and track orders, returns, cancellations & customer queries
Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for smooth dispatch
Monitor product performance, sales & marketplace reports
Run promotional offers, discounts & marketplace campaigns
Maintain pricing and competitor analysis
Ensure account health and policy compliance on all platforms
Requirements:Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & Meesho Panel
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience in e-commerce marketplace management preferred
Freshers with good learning skills can also apply
