Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process orders on the GeM Portal.
• Coordinate with buyers for order execution and documentation.
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and related documents.
• Track dispatch, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain records and reports in MS Excel.
• Support bid participation, catalog management, and general office operations.
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of GeM Portal, order processing, and customer support.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide excellent customer service.
