Job Description

Key Responsibilities of E Commerce Sr. Executive / E Commerce Team Leader :-

Manage end-to-end E Commerce Operations (Website, Marketplaces, and Apps)
Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SEO keywords)
Monitor and improve conversion rates, traffic, and sales performance
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns (PPC, email, social media)
Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams for website updates
Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards
Manage Inventory, Pricing, and Promotional Strategies
Ensure smooth order processing, returns, and customer satisfaction
Stay updated with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices
Handle marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) including ads and compliance
Website Queries & Sales Handling
Product Publishing on Flipkart & Amazon
Brand Approvals on Flipkart & Amazon
New Product Identification
Order Processing on Flipkart & Amazon Platforms
Team Handling of 10 -12 Executive Level Manpower
Internal Coordination with other Departments

Required skills
