Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellors to guide students regarding Online UG/PG programs and Study Abroad MBBS admissions. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, counselling abilities, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.
Key Responsibilities:Counsel students regarding Online UG/PG courses and Study Abroad MBBS opportunities
Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
Understand students’ academic background and suggest suitable programs/universities
Explain admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and course details
Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records
Achieve admission and conversion targets
Coordinate with the admission and operations team for smooth onboarding
Build and maintain strong student relationships
Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and counselling abilities
Basic knowledge of Online Education and Study Abroad processes
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Skills:Experience in EdTech or Education Counselling
Knowledge of CRM tools
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
