Job Description
MAP Financial Services is hiring an Equity Advisor cum Dealer to manage and grow our active trading client portfolio in Faridabad.
This is a dual-function role — you’ll be both the trusted voice that delivers MAP’s clients their daily trading calls, and the hands that execute those trades on the terminal. Using Motilal Oswal’s award-winning research desk plus your own market analysis, you’ll deliver actionable buy/sell calls, manage client positions, and ensure smooth, accurate trade execution.
You’re not cold-calling for new clients (that’s our acquisition team’s job). You’re working with MAP’s existing client base — activating dormant accounts, deepening relationships with active traders, and ensuring every client gets timely, profitable market guidance.
Key Responsibilities — Daily Market Advisory
•     Deliver pre-market opening calls to clients with the day’s trading ideas (cash + F&O)
•     Share Motilal Oswal research desk’s buy / sell / hold recommendations with relevant client segments
•     Track Nifty / Sensex / sectoral movements and alert clients to actionable opportunities intra-day
•     Provide swing trade and positional trade ideas based on technical + fundamental analysis
•     Send daily market opening notes via WhatsApp / email / SMS
Key Responsibilities — Trade Execution / Dealing
•     Punch client orders accurately on Motilal Oswal terminal (cash + F&O)
•     Monitor open positions, margin requirements, and risk exposure across the book
•     Execute stop-loss and target orders as per client mandates
•     Handle order modifications, cancellations, and reconciliations
•     Coordinate with back-office for trade confirmations, contract notes, and pay-in/pay-out
Key Responsibilities — Revenue & Compliance
•     Drive monthly brokerage targets from the assigned client book
•     Maintain proper records of every recommendation for SEBI compliance
•     Stay updated on MO research reports, model portfolios, and Smart Money calls
Candidate Requirements
•     Education: Graduate in any stream
•     Experience: 1 – 3 years of hands-on experience in equity markets (mandatory) — as Equity Advisor / Dealer / Sub-broker / RM-Equity.
•     NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) — MANDATORY at hiring.
•     Skills: Strong understanding of cash + derivatives, broker terminal proficiency (MO Trader / ODIN / NEST / Greek)
•     Personality: Calm under market volatility, disciplined about stop-losses, detail-oriented in order execution, genuinely interested in markets
•     Age: 23 – 35 years preferred
•     Gender: Open to all
