Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct performance evaluations and handle day-to-day HR activities
Manage recruitment, joining formalities, and induction programs
Oversee time office, attendance, payroll, and employee data management
Prepare HR reports and handle generalist responsibilities
Coordinate with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific roles
Process employee salaries, maintain payroll records, and handle PF, LWF, ESI & Bonus
Ensure proactive approach with strong knowledge of advanced Excel and MS Word, along with good English communication
Support HR and organizational goals by completing assigned responsibilities effectively
Maintain HR records including new hires, transfers, terminations, role changes, salary revisions, and leave tracking (vacation, sick, personal) 

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience with HRMS/software systems
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience
1–3 years of relevant HR experience (factory/industrial setup preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Male candidates preferred
