About the Role
we ar looking for an energetic, positive, and people-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive who enjoys meeting new people and creating health awareness in the community.
The role involves outdoor activities, health awareness campaigns, guest generation, and inviting people to experience our Wellness Center.
Key Responsibilities
Morning Field Activities
Conduct Body Composition Analysis using a Wellness Scale.
Explain basic health parameters to visitors.
Organize health awareness activities in parks, societies, offices, and public places.
Set up Health Check-up Camps with the team.

Community Outreach
Conduct home-to-home health awareness surveys.
Meet families and educate them about healthy lifestyle habits.
Invite suitable people for a complimentary Wellness Experience at Siddhi Wellness Center.
Build relationships with local residents, offices, schools, and businesses.

Marketing & Guest Generation
Generate daily quality leads.
Distribute brochures and promotional materials.
Promote wellness programs through creative field activities.
Collect feedback and maintain visitor records.
Coordinate follow-ups with the Wellness Center team.

Reporting
Submit daily activity reports.
Maintain records of surveys, invitations, and guest visits.
Achieve daily and monthly activity targets.

Candidate Profile
Excellent communication skills.
Confident in meeting new people.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and disciplined.
Comfortable with outdoor field work.
Basic smartphone knowledge.

Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass.
Graduate preferred.
Freshers are welcome.
Experience in Sales, Marketing, Field Promotion, Healthcare, Insurance, or FMCG will be an added advantage.
