Job Description

Xstream
Fiber Executive (XFE) role is an active, field-based sales position.
Executives drive revenue by acquiring new broadband and Air Fiber
customers through door-to-door marketing, pitching plans, and
completing KYC documentation. A two-wheeler, valid driving license,
and smartphone are mandatory.

Core
Responsibilities
Lead
Generation & Sales:
Conduct door-to-door visits in residential housing societies (RWAs),
apartments, local markets, and corporate hubs to sell Airtel Xstream
Fiber and Air Fiber connections.
Customer
Consultation:
Educate prospective buyers on broadband speeds, router benefits, and
OTT/entertainment bundles.
Onboarding
& KYC:
Collect necessary customer documents, process new connection
requests, and coordinate with installation teams for timely
activation.
Target
Achievement:
Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and
building penetration goals.
Daily
Reporting:
Use internal Airtel applications to log attendance, track lead
progression, and submit status updates to area managers.

Compensation

Base
Salary:
Typically ranges between ₹15,000
to ₹20500
per month depending on location, experience, and the payroll partner
(e.g., TeamLease, )
Incentives:
Highly performance-driven, with executives earning up to ₹20,000
to ₹50,000+
