Job Description
Field Sales Executive – FMCG Beverage Brand (Gurugram)
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to support the launch and growth of a new beverage brand in Gurugram. This is an opportunity to be part of a brand launch from an early stage and work closely with the founding team.
Responsibilities:
• Visit retail stores, kirana shops, cafes and other outlets daily.
• Introduce and place our beverage products in selected outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and available for sale.
• Collect retailer and consumer feedback.
• Track stock movement and outlet-wise sales.
• Submit daily activity and sales reports.
• Identify and onboard suitable retail outlets for the pilot launch.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
• FMCG, Food & Beverage or Retail Sales experience preferred.
• Own bike/scooter and valid driving licence preferred.
• Comfortable travelling within Gurugram for market visits.
• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp reporting skills.
Compensation:
• Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
• Travel/fuel reimbursement as per company policy.
Candidates with field sales experience and willingness to work in the market on a daily basis will be preferred.
