Job Title: Field Sales Executive – FMCG / Dairy Products
Company: Tharpure Organic Farms
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6 Days Working)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 for Freshers | Up to ₹35,000 for Experienced FMCG Candidates
Travel Allowance: ₹180 per day (Approx. ₹4,000 – ₹5,000/month)
Additional Incentives: Performance-Based Incentives Available

The company is actively expanding its market presence and looking for energetic field sales
professionals who can help build strong relationships with retailers and increase product reach
across the market.

Key Responsibilities
● Visit retail stores, supermarkets, dairy shops, and local markets to promote company products
● Convince shop owners and retailers to purchase and stock Tharpure Organic Farms products
● Generate new leads and onboard new retailers/distributors
● Maintain healthy relationships with existing retailers and ensure repeat business
● Achieve monthly sales and market coverage targets
● Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
● Ensure proper product visibility and placement at retail outlets
● Collect market feedback and share updates with the management team
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery support
