Job Description

1. Lead Generation
 Visit residential projects, builders, architects, interior designers, and electrical contractors.  Generate new customer inquiries.  Collect customer contact details.

2. Product Demonstration
 Explain Smart Home products: * Smart Lighting o Smart Switches * Smart Curtains * CCTV Integration * Video Door Phones * Smart Locks o Home Theater Automation * Voice Control Systems

3. Site Visits
 Visit customer locations.  Understand customer requirements.  Coordinate with technical team.

4. Sales Conversion
 Follow up on quotations.  Negotiate with customers.  Close sales deals.

5. Builder & Architect Network Development
 Visit: * Builders * Architects * Interior Designers * Electrical Consultants  Build long-term relationships.

6. Daily Reporting
 Submit daily report including: * Number of visits * Leads generated * Follow-ups o Sales closed
