Job Description

Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Groweon CRM solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales deals.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Meet prospective clients and present Groweon CRM solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
Understand customer business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the technical and support teams for smooth onboarding.
Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Required SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM, SaaS, or software sales is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
QualificationBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
MBA preferred.
Experience0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, or Business Development.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
