Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting clients in the field, promoting products/services, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers within the assigned territory
Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and market visits
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the reporting manager
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions
Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
Collect market intelligence on competitor activities and pricing
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, finance) for order processing and after-sales service
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline (CRM updates)
Represent the company professionally at client sites, events, and exhibitions
