Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Manager to promote our Digital Marketing and PR services exclusively within the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate should possess a confident personality, strong communication skills, and a target-oriented mindset. This role requires building long-term, trust-based relationships with doctors, surgeons, clinics, and hospitals while driving consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Digital Marketing and PR services to healthcare professionals

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations with doctors, clinics, and hospitals

• Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Present digital solutions including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Promotion, Online Reputation Management (ORM), and PR services

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and campaign execution

• Monitor competitor activities and healthcare industry trends

• Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular sales performance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales (experience in healthcare or digital marketing preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record in field sales, healthcare marketing, or digital marketing sales

• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and PR services
