Full Stack Lead  

seeking a highly hands-on Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Python and React/Next.js, system design, and real-world experience building and deploying Agentic Generative AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems using LLMs, understands modern AI agent architectures, and can deliver scalable, cloud-native applications with a strong GenAI focus.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Design and build scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redux/Context API, and Next.js

• Develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience

• Integrate REST APIs and manage application state efficiently

• Write and maintain unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library

• Work with component libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, or Chakra UI

• Apply modern web design patterns and frontend best practices

Backend Development

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures

• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL using ORMs like SQLAlchemy or Django ORM

• Implement data preprocessing and transformation pipelines using Python libraries

• Build scalable backend systems for GenAI and agent-based platforms

• Collaborate with AI and frontend teams to integrate LLMs and agentic workflows into production

• Leverage frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools to orchestrate AI agents

DevOps & Cloud

• Exposure to AWS services such as ECS, ECR, Lambda, EC2, S3, CloudFront, and ALB is a plus

• Basic working knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Terraform for infrastructure as code

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

Collaboration & Best Practices

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture with the ability to build full-stack components independently

• Use Git, JIRA, and Confluence for version control and project tracking

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

• Document system designs, workflows, and technical decisions clearly

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer / Lead with strong skills in React and Python

• Solid understanding of LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent LLM orchestration frameworks

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Generative AI and LLM-based systems

• Strong proficiency in the React ecosystem (Hooks, lifecycle methods, state management)

• Proficiency in Python for backend development and data processing

• Experience with modern frontend tooling such as Webpack, Vite, npm, or Yarn
