We’re Hiring | General Manager– Garment Manufacturing

Are you a results-driven leader with extensive experience in garment manufacturing? We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our factory operations and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end garment manufacturing operations
Drive production planning and achieve daily production targets
Improve factory efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization
Ensure quality standards and on-time order delivery
Manage cross-functional teams including Production, PPC, IE, Quality, Merchandising, Warehouse, Maintenance, and HR
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and factory audits
Build a high-performance team and foster continuous improvement

Candidate Profile:

5–10+ years of experience in garment manufacturing
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (General Manager / Plant Head / Factory Head / Operations Head)
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with production planning, quality systems, compliance, and operational excellence
Knowledge of ERP/MIS and advanced Microsoft Excel is preferred
