Yaadhum International Technologies is looking for a creative and talented Graphic & Web Designer to design engaging marketing materials, social media creatives, and modern websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent creativity, and the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing digital experiences that support our training and education business.

Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality social media posts, posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
Create creative designs for digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Design and maintain responsive websites and landing pages.
Develop UI layouts, website banners, icons, and user-friendly web interfaces.
Update website content, images, and graphics regularly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create branding and advertising materials.
Create and Edit images, videos, and promotional content for online campaigns.
Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
Optimize graphics and web assets for speed, performance, and SEO.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and web technologies.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
Experience with WordPress, Elementor, or similar website builders.
Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is an added advantage.
Familiarity with AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Midjourney, or Canva AI is preferred.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certification in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
Freshers with an impressive portfolio are welcome to apply.
1–3 years of experience in graphic design or web design is preferred.
