GRAPHIC DESIGNER Full Time

Graphic Designer – Responsibilities:

Reels & Video Editing:

  • Edit videos optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and audience.

  • Edit raw footage, add soundtracks, and apply creative transitions and effects to produce engaging content.

Graphic Design & Post Creation:

  • Design 2 high-quality social media posts daily for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Create graphics, infographics, banners, and other static content as per client requirements.

Animation & Motion Graphics:

  • Produce animated graphics, motion graphics, GIFs, and other visual elements for reels, posts, and marketing campaigns.

  • Utilize tools like After Effects, Blender, or similar software to enhance content with motion design.

Collaboration with Clients & Teams:

  • Work closely with creative teams, social media managers, and clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality content on time.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Content Optimization:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, animation, and social media design.

  • Optimize content to maximize engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Sketch, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present and explain design concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in web design, motion graphics, or UI/UX design is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, team-player attitude.
