We are looking for a skilled and proactive SEO Guest Post Outreach Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with publishers, bloggers, and media outlets while managing all guest posting and outreach activities.
This role requires a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and community-driven individual with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to collaborate with our content and SEO teams.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct outreach to website owners, bloggers, journalists, influencers, and major media outlets.

Monitor responses across websites, social platforms, and other channels to understand audience behavior.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with publishers and content partners.

Pitch and secure guest post placements with high-authority publications through networking and strong communication.

Achieve monthly link-building targets and outreach goals.

Manage email communication and negotiate effectively with prospects.

Collaborate closely with the internal SEO and Content teams to support the overall SEO strategy.

Analyze competitors’ backlink profiles to identify new outreach opportunities.
Requirements

Proven experience in paid guest post outreach.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong communication skills with a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic approach.
