Job Description – HR & Admin ExecutivePosition:HR & Admin Executive
Department:Human Resources & Administration
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR)Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate joining formalities and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle attendance, leave records, and employee data management.
Conduct employee orientation and onboarding activities.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Address employee queries and coordinate with management on HR matters.
Assist in policy implementation and disciplinary procedures.
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
AdministrationManage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.
Monitor office supplies and inventory requirements.
Handle courier, stationery, and office asset management.
Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and facilities.
Support management in administrative planning and coordination.
Maintain employee files and compliance-related documentation.
Compliance & DocumentationCollect and verify employee documents.
Maintain joining, resignation, and employee movement records.
Assist in statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Ensure proper maintenance of confidential employee information.
