Job Description

This role involves managing the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, along with handling HR policies, employee coordination, and administrative responsibilities. You will act as a key link between employees and management to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding 
• Source candidates through portals like Job Hai, Apna App, Shine, Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, and LinkedIn 
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews 
• Conduct initial HR screening and schedule further interview rounds 
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements and feedback 

2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management:
Manage joining formalities and onboarding process.
Ensure proper documentation [offer letters , ID proof , agreements, etc.
Maintain and update employee records and HR database.

3.HR Policies & Compliance :
Assist in implementation and communication of Hr policies and procedures.
Ensure employees are aware of company policies and guidelines .
Handle basic compliance related documentation and record keeping .
Support in policy updates and internal communication.

4.Employee coordination & Engagement.
Act as a point of contact between employee and management.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance and workplace concerns .
Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment .
Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Required skills :
Hands on experience in recruitment portals [job hai, Apna , shine ]
Strong understanding of onboarding and HR processes.
Knowledge of HR policies and employee handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
