Job Description

We’re hiring an HR Executive to own end-to-end recruitment for Quick Sense Innovations. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and closing the best talent across sales, operations, and e-commerce functions.
Key responsibilities: source candidates via Apna and Naukri; run Boolean searches on the Naukri resume database to filter precise profiles; headhunt and poach talent from competitor companies; build a market talent pipeline; schedule and conduct first-round interviews; coordinate offers and onboarding.
Required: 1–3 years recruitment experience, hands-on Naukri/Apna portal expertise, Boolean search proficiency, strong communication, and a hunter mindset.
