Job Description

Role Summary

As HR Manager at Edge Imaging & Diagnostics, you will own the complete HR function — from hiring the right people to keeping them engaged, compliant, and growing. This is not a support role. You will have real authority, real responsibility, and direct visibility with leadership.

Freshers: If you have strong HR fundamentals, a learning mindset, and the drive to own a function from Day 1 — this role is open to you.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• Lead end-to-end hiring across all departments — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and walk-ins
• Write and publish accurate, effective job descriptions for all open roles
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience

Onboarding & Documentation

• Manage complete joining formalities — offer letters, document collection, and background verification
• Register new employees on EPFO and ESIC portals on Day 1
• Maintain organised, audit-ready employee files and HR records at all times

HR Policies & Compliance

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures
• Ensure full compliance with Delhi Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Minimum Wages Act, and Payment of Wages Act
• Handle statutory filings and coordinate with accounts for salary and deduction processing

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support

• Monitor daily attendance and leave records across all departments
• Maintain accurate monthly attendance data for payroll processing
• Address and resolve attendance or leave-related employee queries

Performance & Engagement

• Support performance review cycles and appraisal documentation
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant development programs
• Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
