Job Description

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes within the organization. This role supports business objectives by managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, compliance, and workplace culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment and StaffingDevelop and implement recruitment strategies.
Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Maintain workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
2. Employee RelationsFoster a positive and productive work environment.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Mediate workplace conflicts and recommend solutions.
Promote employee engagement and retention programs.
3. Performance ManagementDevelop and administer performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
Monitor employee performance and recommend improvement plans.
4. Training and DevelopmentIdentify training needs across departments.
Design and coordinate employee development programs.
Support leadership development and career progression initiatives.
5. Compensation and BenefitsManage salary structures, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary reviews.
Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
6. Compliance and Policy ManagementEnsure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
7. HR Strategy and ReportingAlign HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Analyze HR metrics and prepare management reports.
Support organizational change management and workforce planning.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–7+ years of HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
