Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed , Apna app and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage offers and assist with candidate onboarding.
Update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to maintain accurate hiring data.

Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Skills: Strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication, and good time management.
Tools: Familiarity with ATS platforms and professional networks.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
