Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Advertising: Design and update job descriptions. Post openings on job boards, social media, and internal career pages. Source candidates via professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub).
Screening & Interviewing: Screen incoming resumes and applications. Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews (video or in-person) to evaluate skills and culture fit.
Selection: Administer skills assessments or logical reasoning tests. Create shortlists of qualified candidates and present them to hiring managers.
Offer & Onboarding: Facilitate the interview process between candidates and managers. Manage the offer procedure, including negotiating compensation and benefits packages. Coordinate onboarding for new hires.
Data Management: Keep precise and current documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
