Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, job advertising, sourcing, screening and interview coordination
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, social media, references and other hiring channels
Build connections with colleges, institutes and training centers for hiring and campus coordination
Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
Maintain candidate records, follow-ups and recruitment trackers
Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements and joining processes
Support hiring for multiple IT and Non-IT positions within the organization
