Job Description

HR Cum Business Development Executive

Company: A leading pharma company.
Experience: 2+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Location: Kirti nagar, Delhi.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Cum Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and supporting business development activities to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.

Employee onboarding and documentation.

Attendance, leave, and HR records management.

Employee engagement and grievance handling.

Coordination with management on HR policies and compliance.

Business Development

Generate new business opportunities and leads.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.

Support sales and business growth initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and/or Business Development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

Recruitment and talent acquisition experience.

Client handling and lead generation experience.

Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
