About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to manage influencer collaborations, build strong creator relationships, and drive brand awareness across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in influencer outreach, campaign management, negotiation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Identification & OutreachResearch and identify relevant influencers, content creators, and industry experts across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Build and maintain a database of influencers aligned with the brand’s target audience.
Reach out to influencers via email, DM, WhatsApp, and influencer platforms.
Campaign ManagementPlan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Coordinate product shipments and campaign timelines.
Ensure influencers deliver content according to brand guidelines and agreed timelines.
Manage multiple influencer collaborations simultaneously.
Relationship ManagementDevelop long-term relationships with influencers and creator agencies.
Negotiate collaboration rates, deliverables, and contracts.
Handle influencer queries and maintain regular communication.
Content & Brand AlignmentReview influencer content before publishing to ensure brand consistency.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign briefs and creative concepts.
Monitor trends and recommend relevant influencers and content formats.
Performance Tracking & ReportingTrack campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
Prepare campaign performance reports and insights.
Analyze competitor influencer activities and market trends.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and social media analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with beauty, personal care, wellness, or hair care brands.
Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and CRM tools.
Understanding of affiliate marketing and creator partnerships.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
