Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Interior Designer who can also support our Sales & Marketing functions. The ideal candidate should have strong design capabilities, good communication skills, and the ability to interact confidently with clients. The role includes design development, client meetings, preparing 2D/3D drawings, and assisting the sales team in converting inquiries into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budget.
• Create 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and mood boards.
• Prepare technical drawings using tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Coordinate with carpenters, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure design execution.
• Select materials, finishes, and furniture as per project standards.
• Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and quality checks.

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

• Present design concepts, material options, and pricing to clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and design presentations.
• Handle walk-in clients and convert leads into projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Support marketing tasks including social media content, catalog updates, and in-store promotions.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 2D/3D drafting.
• Basic understanding of materials, furniture, and interior execution processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence in handling client meetings independently.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years of experience in interior design or related field.
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture preferred.
