Process: US Telecom – Chat, Email & Voice
 
Key Responsibilities
Handle US customer queries via chat, email, and voice.
Maintain accurate records and meet quality & productivity targets.
Follow process, compliance, and customer service standards.

 
Eligibility
Graduate/Undergraduate
Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice/Chat/Email or Blended process
Strong written & verbal communication skills

 
Shift & Salary
5 days working | Rotational shifts & offs | 10-hour shifts
₹ ₹29,400 In-hand (6 months – 1 year experience)
₹ ₹34,800 In-hand (1+ year experience)
