Job Title: International Process Agent- Night shift job
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused International Process Agent to handle voice/non-voice processes for global clients. The role involves interacting with international customers, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat for international customers
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Provide accurate information about products/services
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Maintain quality standards and achieve performance targets (KPI/SLAs)

Required skills

Good English Telecalling / BPO / Telesales
