IT BUSINESS ANALYST Full Time

IT Business Analyst – Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to optimize integration processes.

• Communicate key insights and findings to the product team.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand departmental and organizational needs.

• Prepare Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents.

• Analyze client meetings and document relevant information.

• Create detailed project plans and schedules.

• Understand client requirements and effectively convey them to the relevant departments.

• Track customer information, conduct business forecasting, and generate reports.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

• Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

• Business analytics skills for developing technical solutions.

• Ability to prepare detailed SRS documents.

• Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.

• Ability to understand client needs and communicate them clearly to internal teams.

Educational Background:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Functional Areas:
