IT Executive Full Time

seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive with 3+ years of experience to support our IT infrastructure and end users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day IT operations, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network resources across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment

• Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN) to ensure maximum uptime and performance

• Manage Windows and macOS systems, software installations, licenses, and system updates

• Assist with basic server administration tasks under supervision

• Perform regular data backups and support disaster recovery processes

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and documentation

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and support

• Manage and maintain CCTV, biometric systems, and other office IT infrastructure

• Respond promptly to IT service requests to minimize downtime and business disruption

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in an IT support or IT executive role

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking basics

• Experience with Windows and macOS environments

• Basic understanding of servers, backups, and IT security practices

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and coordination skills
