Required Experience & Competencies

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Java development experience.

• Strong expertise in building microservices-based architectures.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

• Ability to lead client discussions, understand requirements, and guide teams effectively.

• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes.

• Experience with large datasets, data pipelines, APIs, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development across backend, frontend, and data-driven applications.

• Mentor and guide engineering teams to improve coding standards, architecture, and development efficiency.

• Work hands-on with Java, microservices, integrations, and scalable system design.

• Build APIs, work with multi-source data, and ensure efficient data storage, parsing, and retrieval.

• Collaborate with data engineering, data warehouse, and MDM teams to support data flow and management.

• Provide technical direction and expertise to internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Coordinate with product managers and leadership teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

• Establish and maintain best practices, coding standards, and robust development processes.
