About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Java applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java EE applications

• Create, enhance, and debug both batch and online Java programs

• Perform technical analysis, application design, coding, and unit testing

• Coordinate with the EQA team during testing phases to ensure quality delivery

• Manage deployments and collaborate with multiple deployment teams

• Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects efficiently

• Provide support during production releases and offer post-implementation support

• Develop and integrate web services and APIs

• Analyze project requirements and coordinate with multiple internal teams

• Ensure clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Java EE and core Java concepts

• Proven ability to lead technical design and development activities

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices
