Support recruitment and onboarding activities
Assist in employee engagement and HR operations
Handle employee queries and support basic employee relations
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Assist with HR initiatives, policies, and internal processes
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations
0–1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or related roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office tools
Ability to handle employee concerns professionally
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Detail-oriented mindset with strong record-keeping skills
