We are seeking a results-oriented Lead Generation & Email Marketing Expert with hands-on experience in international B2B markets. In this role, you will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline by generating high-quality leads and executing targeted email marketing campaigns for IT software and web solutions.
Generate qualified B2B leads from global markets including the US, Europe, Middle East, and APAC
Plan, design, and execute outbound email marketing campaigns targeting decision-makers such as CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement teams
Research and identify potential clients using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and industry databases
Build, manage, and maintain verified contact databases while ensuring GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance
Write personalized, high-converting email copy to improve open rates, responses, and conversions
Coordinate with the sales team to pass on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for follow-up and closure
Monitor campaign performance metrics including open rates, CTR, conversions, and pipeline contribution
Implement A/B testing, automation workflows, and optimization strategies to improve ROI
Stay updated with global lead generation trends and outbound marketing best practices
2–4 years of proven experience in international B2B lead generation and email marketing (IT/software industry preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, etc.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or SendGrid
Excellent written communication and persuasive email copywriting skills
Working knowledge of CRM systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
Solid understanding of global email compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on lead quality and conversions
Experience working with IT services companies, SaaS platforms, or digital agencies
Knowledge of outbound marketing, cold email outreach, and marketing automation
Basic understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and content-led lead generation strategies
