Job Title: B2B Lead Generation Specialist (AI Automation, ERP & CRM)Location: Delhi (Rohini Sector 3) – Hybrid

We design and deploy intelligent systems that seamlessly bridge ERPs (Odoo, NetSuite, SAP), CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), and real-world data pipelines (IoT telemetry).
As we expand our international footprint, we are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Lead Generation Expert based in Delhi-NCR to scale our B2B outbound pipeline from our Rohini Sector 3 office.
The Role & ResponsibilitiesWe do not believe in mass spamming. You will be responsible for executing high-quality, targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to book qualified sales meetings with international decision-makers (CIOs, COOs, and IT Directors).
Targeted Outbound & List Building: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Clay, or BuiltWith to track down companies using specific ERP/CRM systems.
Technical Copywriting: Write personalized cold email sequences, LinkedIn pitches, and short video outreach scripts that connect AI automation directly to business ROI (e.g., automated invoice data entry or real-time inventory tracking).
Funnel Optimization: Track and optimize key metrics including email deliverability, open rates, positive response rates, and booked meetings.
Inbound Promotion: Leverage technical content, automation case studies, and ROI calculators across business networks to generate inbound curiosity.
Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 2+ years of proven success in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development for IT Services, Software Development, or Enterprise SaaS.
Tech Vocabulary (Non-Negotiable): You don’t need to code, but you must understand how businesses use ERPs, CRMs, and how data flow automation works.
The Tools: Hands-on experience with modern outbound stacks (e.g., Instantly.ai, Lemlist, Sales Nav, Apollo, or similar database tools).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to confidently pitch to executive-level stakeholders.
Location Comfort: Ability to work in a structured hybrid schedule out of our setup in Rohini Sector 3, Delhi.
